End User License Agreement (EULA) for the SketchUp Expert App

1. Acceptance
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and IT’S A WRAP AB / Joachim von Rost regarding the SketchUp Expert App.
By downloading, installing or using the App you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit the App. You may not remove proprietary notices.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and all content remain the exclusive property of the Licensor or its licensors. The App is licensed, not sold.
5. No Warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Since the App is free, our total liability is zero.
7. Termination
You may terminate this EULA by uninstalling the App. We may terminate it if you breach these terms.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as court of first instance.Last updated: 2026-08-25

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the mobile application SketchUp Expert (the “App”), provided by IT’S A WRAP AB / Joachim von Rost (“We”, “Us” or “the Provider”), Svanholmsvägen 11C, 182 75 Stocksund, Sweden.
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Content and Purpose of the Service
The App provides information about SketchUp, 3D visualization projects, training courses, plugins and related services offered by SketchUp Expert (www.skp.expert).
The content is intended to inform users about our services and projects. We strive to keep the information up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or always current.
3. User Responsibilities
• You use the App at your own risk.
• You may not use the material for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• You may not copy, distribute, modify or publicly display texts, images or other material without permission.
• You may not attempt to hack, disrupt or otherwise misuse the App.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the App (texts, images, logos, design, etc.) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
You may view and use the material for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
5. Personal Data and Privacy
The App does not collect personal data.

6. Limitation of Liability
• We are not liable for any damages, losses or inconveniences arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to technical errors, interruptions, viruses or inaccurate information.
• We are not responsible for third-party content or external links.
7. Availability and Changes
We strive to keep the App available but may at any time modify, restrict or discontinue the service without prior notice.
We may update these Terms. The latest version will be published in the App or on our website (www.skp.expert). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
Swedish law governs these Terms. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any disputes through negotiation. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
